Each market sits in a tier by its number of internet users. Larger markets carry more sources, more conversation and more regulators to follow.

Tier 1: 60 million internet users or more. Tier 2: 15 to 60 million. Tier 3: under 15 million.

The fine print

Contracting entity: INFLOW Network LLC, a United States company. All invoices are issued in USD.
VAT and indirect taxes: Prices exclude VAT, GST, sales tax and other indirect taxes. As a US supplier of cross-border services, INFLOW does not charge VAT; where the client's jurisdiction requires it, the client accounts for it under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Withholding tax: Prices are net of withholding tax. Where a withholding tax applies to payments from the client's jurisdiction, the invoice is grossed up so that INFLOW receives the quoted amount.
Invoicing and payment: Setup is invoiced at signature. The monthly fee is invoiced monthly in advance, or annually in advance with the prepayment option. Payment within 30 days of invoice by bank transfer.
Validity: This proposal is valid until 5 January 2027.
Market tiers: Tiers are based on approximate internet-user figures. Final terms are set in the service agreement.
